- PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSIONS BASED ON GESTALT THERAPY: A
complete approach to psychotherapy that integrates the eastern
phylosophy of Zen Buddhism; being in the present moment and in full awareness. The emphasis is brought to the body, senses, experience, feelings and true expression, as a faster way to connect deeply with our selves and our truths. It’s a very inclusive and open-minded perspective that includes many other techniques and allows space for every experience without judgement. We make proposals and exercises that will aim to bring awareness and relief in order to become more conscious and free humans beings. These sessions are a great opportunity to focus on what is that you want for your life, as well as your capabilities and possibilities, being guided and supported in your process of accomplishing your true purpose and dreams.
- CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH THE VOICE:
These sessions are a beautiful experience in which to finally give the importance to your voice and expression. You’ll be guided and supported into emotional liberation, release of the subconscious truths, and awakening of your own power and creativity through your voice.
- RELAXATION TECHNIQUES & MEDITATION:
In these sessions you’ll experience different techniques that allow you to release emotional tensions in your body, gain more breathing awareness, identify stressfull thoughts or beliefs, as well as being guided through different relaxation techniques, visualisations, and meditations.
GROUP SESSIONS OR WORKSHOPS:
- WALK & MEDITATION: conscious walks enjoying the amazing Ibiza landscape, practicing conscious
attention, breathing and meditation. Emphasising the consciousness of not only the external paradisiac surroundings, but also the inner
safe-paradise we all have inside us. Learning where to turn to when we need to connect with calm and peace.
- RELAXATION TECHNIQUES & MEDITATION:
in these sessions you will experience different techniques that allow you to release emotional tensions in your body, gain more breathing awarness, and identify stressfull thoughts or believes, as well as been guided through different relaxations techniques, visualizations

- VOICE WORKSHOP:
Fun and deep self-discovery group sessions where we crete and encourage an explorative and conscious process through our voices, in order to be able to express ourselves in a more authentic, creative and free way, awakening our own consciousness, power and creativity through our voice.
